The location is excellent if you need to be close to Gare du nord. The price is reasonable and the staff is very nice. But the walls are very thin so you can hear people talking in neighboring rooms. The hotel is also across the street from a popular bar so you will hear a lot of drunken shouting (particularly if people are there to watch a televised sporting event) well into the night. There is also no elevator and no a/c.

The hotel is quaint, very bohemian feel to the area, I've seen some harsh reviews but it's got to do more with the ownership not marketing the property to the right audience. Best hotel in the area for the pricing, the staff was helpful and delightful, the area is safe and there's a diverse community around. My family and I were out late and never felt in danger, the hotel room was modest but that added to the feel of the locale. The breakfast was great, croissants and baguettes, delicious marmalade and cheese. Cereals for those in a rush, and coffees made to your liking. It felt like an authentic non tourist Parisian experience. Every day people stayed at the small hotel during this time, not obnoxious loud tourists, every single one of them greeted me and my family members. Very glad I found this hidden gem.

I like the location of the hotel. The staffs are really friendly and professional. My room were very maintained and well looked after. What I did not like, it’s that the shower compartment were very small. I found it very difficult to use the shower

I booked 2 quadruple rooms and i paid for 2 quadruple rooms but me and my friend got put in a single room and my other friends were put in the other room whi h are tiny. There is no air conditioning, you cannot bring or eat any food in your room which is not stated on Expedia by the way..No fans in the room. I never got a refund for the difference in room pri ee. Overall ad experience. Stay away from this one.

Staff is very nice and accommodating, they even stored our luggage which was extremely generous of them and very much appreciated. Steep stairs were rough after a long day but still doable as an active person. Problem was the bathroom was not cleaned to my liking, which was addressed with manager, and he agreed to fix it. Beds were clean and comfortable, my family was able to rest well. There was no mini fridge, but they did offer a light breakfast in the morning. This property is in a very conveniently location right next door to the Gare du Nord station, allowing for easy movement around the city.

Good stay, lots of stairs.

Very close to the Nord train station. I was booked on the top floor and it was a bit of a struggle to climb all of the winding stairs with my luggage but I def got my workout in. There is no lift and the hotel room was good with a private bathroom. The good thing about the higher floor was for sure the balcony at the top with a great view.

Ok Paris is expensive, the hotels. Booked this one and it met our needs. One, close to Gare Du Nord and from there you can go anywhere and take the train from airport and walk there. Hotel does not have an elevator, but the front desk staff are terrific and took our bags to the first floor room. thank you as we are up in age. The morning breakfast was good - although spartan. The room attendant was excellent. Internet worked okay. The only thing I would add is adding BBC or Sky TV to television line up as I missed English speaking TV.

The room was as shown in the pictures. We had a balcony that I didn't know was an option. Unfortunately it is on the corner and we were advised to not go out after dark and to not go down the one side of the building due to the thugs that were hanging around out there and were known to pick pocket. They advised that we were better to go walking during the day or if we were going t go out to not go down that one side of the building. So we just enjoyed the view from the balcony. The front desk was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. They carried our stuff upstairs and downstairs for us. Breakfast was great. They even held our luggage while we walked around the next day before we left to go to our next destination. They even told us about the BOLT app that was cheaper to use then Uber. He made sure that when they showed up that it was the right one since it was a busy area. Within walking distance to the Eurostar terminal. Very clean and nice and quiet at night. Would definitely stay at again.

Für 1 Stern, hatten wir Glück mit unserem Zimmer. Es ist wirklich sehr sauber gewesen. Dass zum Zimmer. Hotel insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen, Speisesaal, Aufenthaltsraum und Treppen. Frühstück, nur croissant und Baguette mit Butter + Marmelade. Aber vielleicht für die Preiskategorie auch normal. War dss erste mal für uns.

La zona di Gare de L’Est è decisamente multietnica, ma tranquilla. L’hotel mi ha soddisfatto. Stanza piccola per 4, ma a Parigi si sta poco in hotel. Pulizia ottima, colazione all’altezza. Personale cortese e disponibile. Anche la presenza di locali nelle vicinanze non ha per nulla disturbato. In sintesi: buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da tenere in considerazione.

D’abord le positif: Le personnel était très attentionné, serviable et nous a accomodé tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et cela a fait toute la différence dans notre expérience. merci. En ce qui concerne l’hôtel et les chambres, il ne faut pas oublier le prix qu’on paye donc on ne peut pas s’attendre à une super chambre luxueuse. Dans l’ensemble, c’est correct quoique le tout est vieillot et les matelas sont un peu « springneux » pour le dos. Globalement, je recommanderais cet hôtel à des gens qui ont besoin d’être près de la Gare du Nord et qui y dorment qu’une seule nuit. La chambre que nous avions avait une mini douche avec un petit rideau ce qui a fait que nous avons bien arrosé la salle de bain et le plancher était bien glissant. De plus, une des serviettes fournies était tachée de brun. Finalement, dans le lit, j’ai retrouvé quelques cheveux longs. Bref, rien pour paniquer mais si vous êtes du type qui préférez que tout soit impeccable, je vous suggérerait d’investir davantage pour un autre hôtel. De notre coté, pour le prix payé, nous avons considéré que notre séjour avait été correct.
