The room was very small, their WiFi didn't work at all and the bathroom shower door handle was broken, the waste bin in the bathroom was also broken. The amenities were not replaced everyday such as the shower caps, cotton buds, etc. They had a body hair gel but no conditioner. Overall, its okay for one night but not for more than that.

Small but clean
The hotel is in a perfect location for walking. The elevator is small, and the stairs are narrow. The room was compact, and the bed was comfortable. The place was clean. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s just a place to lay your head down, this is it.

The hotel was charming and close enough to walk to several restaurants. We could easily walk to the main tourist attractions as well, or hop on a bus or the subway to get to places.

Loved staying at the Hôtel bonna nouvelle. Great hotel, clean, renovated rooms, AC working great. Area is a bit dodgy but not unsafe.

Horrible service!
Horrible service! Toilet flush button stopped working, and we were told they "couldn't" get someone to fix it until the next day. We had to stick our hand through a hole in the wall to flush for 36 hours before it was fixed. Also, the aircon is remotely controlled by them so you'll never get the temperature you select on the controller. It goes up several degrees shortly after you set it.

Room located on 5th floor. Elevator only goes to 4th floor. Location on side street with a lot of graffiti around. Staff very nice. But you coukd see something behind their desk that monitors all the a/c’s. We found the temperature of our room turned back up 3 seperate times!!!

It is a typical Paris hotel; clean, small, noisy. We liked it a lot. But I do wish we had known that the tiny elevator only goes up to the fourth floor, and there were 33 additional steps to drag up our suitcases.

Well located small and simple hotel for a short Parisian break. We walked from Gard du Nord and access to the Metro is 2 mins away. Tucked away in a side street away from most of the noise of the main road; however, it is next to a church that rings its bell very loudly each morning at 8am! Room was small but had all the necessary amenities. For a simple hotel is was very expensive, but is is Paris…
