5 nights staying in this hotel just one time they came to clean my room! no towel change no bed sheet change there was no blanket in my room when i got there! total cosumer service was very poor

The room was clean and we had an ensuite bathroom even though we only paid for a shared bathroom. The room was warm and the bed was fairly comfy. However, the room stank of smoke despite being a non-smoking room and we had a mouse in the room on the second night. The walls are thin, so not ideal if you're a light sleeper. Overall, okay if you want somewhere just to sleep for a night or two, but not if you want a longer stay or expect more than the absolute basics.

Doesn’t have lift, I stay in 6 th floor. Wasn’t clean, the sink in the bathroom wasn’t clean. The heater in the wall doesn’t work, there is a portable heater, but isn’t enough to heat.

The only positive thing was that it was close to the metro line within a block and a half the floor was very dirty the bathroom was extremely dirty I had only one towel for three days no new towels at all no pillowcases for the pretend pillows that were on the bed there was only a sheet the other blanket you had to Put on your self there were was only shampoo and very bad soap for any extras at all the shower had black mold growing in the cracks of the tile no shower curtain so the water splattered on the floor the bottom of the shower door is disintegrating as well as the tiles on the floor in my The shower is not next to your room yet is separate so it is a shared shower the Internet or Wi-Fi the guy said it wasn’t any good and they would charge seven euros for three days if I paid the court yard leading to my room had lots of trash leaves wet missing tiles and Other things to trip on if you weren’t careful the stairs were creaky the neighborhood is shady I will be talking to Travelocity for even having that hotel as a possible choice it should come with a huge warning sign buyer beware I’ve stayed in other €40 hotels and a few things might be wrong I did notSleep well in this hotel and all I ask the staff if I could have a pillow case he just said no and that was it so I used it anyway be careful don’t stay here it is a pile of garbage
