This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service to the rooms and a lovely spa area. They have very spacious rooms and the birthday package was nice too. The local area to the hotel looked like something from Top Boy but was only around a 20 minutes walk to the Louvre which wasn’t too bad. I would highly recommend this hotel. If it was located closer to the main attractions then it would most likely cost far far more for what you get.

I loved how modern and sleek this hotel was. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was really nice. We stayed in the Deluxe room which had plenty of space. If I HAD to complain about something it would be lack of bathroom counter space but the room really was great. I did hear other guests complaining about how small the regular rooms were though. We didn’t eat there or use the spa cause we were out and about so I can’t speak to those things. The metro station is literally right in front of the hotel which was very very convenient. I definitely would stay here again if I went back to Paris.

Friednly and super efficient staffs. Excellent breakfast. Room is small which is typical for most hotels in Europe in its price levelve but it is very clean and comfortable. Like the contemporary design very much.

The hotel is right across from the gare de l’Est, which is why we selected it.(We travel to the Grand Est from Paris.) It is new, clean, modern and nicely decorated. Our superior room had a lot of space, including a good size bathroom.Next time, I think we will try the deluxe room recommended by the front desk. All of the staff is professional and extremely nice and courteous.

We changed our Hotel in Paris for this one at double the cost as we wanted a Hotel with a pool - upon arrival found out there was a 30euro fee for the pool use for 45min lol Upon reading the hotel info again they mention a spa fee (spa to me is massage and facials) it was VERY VERY DECEIVING how they write it be aware
