In the center of the Marais Paris district 04, an apartment on the ground floor, equivalent small independent house, one bedroom, one shower and toilets, fitted kitchen adjoining the living room, Wifi, Smart TV with Netflix, Hair dryer, Air conditioner and Safety Box.

Independent entrance, open 24/24 and 7/7 with mechanical access code, equipped with several cameras in the common area and the main entrance of the apartment.
The laundry room is open every day from 15:00 pm until 22h00 pm which is located 50 meters from the apartment.

Great spot, but wheelchair accessibility is complicated
My husband and I stayed for a month in the apartment and it was wonderful. The location can’t be beat, James and Mike were responsive and helpful, and while small, it was cozy and clean. One thing: I use a wheelchair and the apartment is not really accessible. It is on the ground floor and has a roll-in shower. But the doorway into the courtyard has a 2-inch step up and a 1inch step down. And the door into the apartment is too narrow for a wheelchair to fit. If you can walk a little and have a helper, it’s fine. However, if you need a wheelchair all the time, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, though, it was great.

cozy stay in La Marais
Cozy place to come home to at the end of a day of walking around Paris and seeing the sights. Bed comfortable. Kitchen had everything I needed. Big comfortable bathroom. Bath counters a little high even for my 5'6" height but otherwise comfortable and had everything I needed. Location is outstanding!

Great location for a Paris stay
It does not have a log room but it is accurately described in vrbo. The location is a great launching pad for visiting the many many Paris sites. AC works great. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks

Great location, cosy flat with minor issues
Pros: Location is absolutely great, near pretty much everything on the Right and the Left Banks. The studio is small but practical and clean; my son slept on the single-place sofa-bed and found it quite comfortable. There is an induction stovetop and a microwave, so you can cook, but there are so many cafés and bistros around that you might very well decide to eat out instead. Semi-cons: The washer-dryer situation is complicated; if you want to wash your clothes, you have to go through an employee who is not always around. We eventually got a second key to the flat, but it took a few days and multiple askings. Not much daylight.

Amazing location
My sister and I stayed in the apartment for five days. It is very comfortable for two people, very well equipped and nicely furnished. I slept in the pull out single bed and found it very comfortable. The kit hen had everything we needed although we didn’t cook. There is a courtyard for all the apartments and we sat out a couple of times. It is very safe and secure for entering the building. The location is perfect, very close to the Seine and everything the Marais has to offer. James was very responsive when I had a question. We plan to stay there again on our next visit.

The pictures of the flat were accurate. It was small but adequate. The location is amazing. However there was construction in the apartment block which was noisy, smelly and dusty. We realise this was beyond the owner’s control but we weren’t able to use the outdoor space at all. Some forewarning would have been appreciated. Also the unit was advertised as air conditioned which was untrue. We requested an air conditioner which never eventuates. Communication with owner was terrible. Messages not answered, phone calls not answered. We felt like we were an annoyance. This apartment was expensive but didn’t offer the service promised.

Nice location
The flat boasts an advantageous location, just a short two-block stroll away from the river. While it may be petite, it does align perfectly with the provided description. I would have given it a higher rating if it weren't for the disruptive construction taking place within the building, generating significant noise in the mornings. Furthermore, the little courtyard entrance served as a storage area for garbage, which was rather unappealing. I presume the construction was the cause for the messy state of the courtyard. Nonetheless, the flat itself was well-maintained and tidy. Due to the unavailability of the courtyard and the limited space within the flat, there was no designated area to sit and relax. However, once the construction is completed and the courtyard is restored to its proper order, this cozy abode will undoubtedly become a delightful haven for spending a few nights. On a positive note, the owner of the flat was exceptional, and I highly recommend indulging in the delectable pizza served at his restaurant.

Perfect place to stay in Paris
We were a little worried when we arrived because we were 30 minutes late and went to the Pizza shop to collect keys and there was an employee there that wasn't expecting us but he soon had everything sorted out. The apartment is in a great quiet location close to everything the Latin quarter has to offer. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Amazing stay
We were greeted by Mr. James very quickly and were treated to a refreshing drink because we obviously hot, tired and happy to finally arrive at our temporary home. Temps 102/40 by that afternoon. The property and room were in a wonderful location for reaching the metro, walking to “the beach” and shopping. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Little Babel Pizzeria. The staff was very friendly and professional, well priced, and the pizzas were the best I have ever had. We were able to do out laundry with easy arrangements with James. I recommend this property and charming host. Wonderful find!

James was a super host. The apartment was exactly as advertised. He helped with our extra luggage (I had done the Ironman Luxembourg race the week before). He assisted us in getting a scheduled cab ride to the airport when we left. The neighborhood was beautiful. I would highly recommend James and his apartments for a great time in Paris.

Cozy hideaway!
I stayed here for a week and enjoyed it immensely. The hosts are amazing and hospitable. It’s just a short walk from the Saint Paul metro stop and Place des Vosges. Comfortable, quiet, private, and secure. I absolutely recommend this property for single travelers or couples.

Fantastic location and beautiful space
Can’t beat the location. Space very updated and clean and safe. Loved the towel warmer in the bathroom. Beds firm but comfortable. Disappointed not to have our own clothes washer but host arranged for our clothes to be washed and returned to us. Host very hospitable and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again.

The location of the apartment is wonderful. It is easy to access the metro and plenty of shopping and dinning. The check in was simple and they stored our luggage so we wouldn’t have to drag them around with us. The apartment claims it is a 1 bedroom, but it’s a 1 room or studio apartment. There is no washing machine or iron/ironing board available. I did communicate with James and he offered the washing machine, but never at a time we were in the apartment. The apartment was clean except the dirty dishes we found in the cabinet.

Cute spot in lovely St. Paul village /Marais
My husband and I stayed here in a second floor apartment for a little over a week and loved it. The place is super cute- nice design + very clean, and the location could not be better. James was also a wonderful host, and lives in the building. We didn’t need anything or have any problems, but it was nice to know he was around. We would definitely stay here again!
