Large atypical house on several floors. The metro is 200 meters from the house and allows you to be in the center of Paris in 15 minutes. You will find all amenities nearby: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, spa with hamman and sauna, monoprix, picard. The house is very bright and spacious, it was completely renovated last year. It has a sunny terrace in the afternoon. The apartment is located near a large park and a stadium.

Romainville is a peaceful suburb just 15 minutes from the center of Paris by metro (opening of the metro station in June 2024). You will appreciate its small bars and restaurants, its cinema, its theater, its market, its park and its municipal swimming pool.
