I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. This time my room was on the 5th floor but lift only reached the 4th...then stairs! No telephone in room..so no wake.up calls. Kettle with 2 coffees and 2 mint teas...no milk and regrigerator not plugged in. No nearby power socket for kettle...one at opposite side of room. So very very expensive for a 2☆ hotel

Had a great stay at this Hotel ,staff were very friendly and helpful . It's in a fantastic location for sightseeing. The breakfast was good and the female staff member there was polite and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay.

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, but can be a bit loud for outside noise depending on where you room is. Otherwise, great stay!

Great location a block from the Champs Elysee and the metro. The rooms were clean and loved that I could get rooms with 2 twin beds., the carpeting throughout the hotel could be updated.
