Wonderful location with easy access to multiple Metro stops/lines. Amazing food choices. Owner was very friendly and responsive. A little confusion about the check-in process but overall great experience!

Awesome Stay
Our family of 4 loved staying here. The apartment was a perfect size and the location cannot be beat. The neighborhood was fantastic and close to multiple Metro lines. Cannot recommend enough!

Great location
We really enjoyed this cozy flat. It’s very private and the courtyard is peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect to access all the attractions by walking and metro. And the neighborhood is quaint and well appointed with shops.

First time in Paris
Great property in a nice neighborhood. Even better hosts! I did not arrive until close to midnight but was still greeted with a smile. If you are a walker the flat is easy access to Lafayette Galleries, Arc d' Triumph, The Louvre, Moulin Rogue and Eiffel Tower. I would not hesitate to book again.

We really enjoyed our stay. it's a quiet, clean spot with a lovely garden patio. It was also comfortable without AC despite relatively high temps (upper 80s).

Cosy Parisian apartment in trendy neighbourhood
Comfortable apartment with access to an outdoor courtyard located in a vibrant and safe part of Paris. Great hosts who made you feel at home. All you need is at your doorstep: loads of trendy bars and restaurants, clothing and jewellery stores, security car park around the corner. Bus stop and metro a short walk away. We are a family of 4 incl 2 young children and would highly recommend.

Loved it😋
It was the perfect place for a home base. Close to metro stops, great food (I mean it is Paris). Shot is so kind and lovely. Such a wonderful experience. I’d love to come back. I took my mom and my daughter. My mom struggles with stairs so she especially loved how easy it was to get in (no stairs) and the garden to eat breakfast was amazing. Love loved it.

A beautiful neighborhood in a quiet courtyard.

Wonderful apartment and host
Beautiful apartment generously appointed with everything needed for a visit to Paris. Very quiet and comfortable. Easy access to restaurants, shops and the Metro. Our host was excellent and gave us all the information we needed for a wonderful week. Thank you!

This choice was a total success.
We enjoyed a short stay in Paris. The accommodation was 10; spacious rooms for a family and well equipped. The relationship with Kat was exquisite (recommendations for any needs). We specially remember a “boulangerie” just a couple of minutes away to enjoy a delicious french “croisants”, bread, … The apartment is well connected (bus and metro) to visit Paris. Therefore, the choice was a total success.

We came to Paris for spring break with our 2 girls, 10 and 12. Great apartment, close to so much! We loved being in area that felt local and less touriststy! The host was fantastic with communication before and during the trip. I would definitely return!

Super place to stay in Batignolles
Excellent communication and help on arrival from Catherine who is a charming host. A very quiet clean apartment with a charming garden. A comfortable bed and well equipped kitchenette. Lots of local stores, bars and restaurants in a safe residential area also nearby to metro stations and buses. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location
Perfect place to stay for our Paris vacation. The neighborhood has plenty of bakeries and grocery stores nearby. We were able to pickup something fresh for breakfast each morning and enjoy it on the patio. There are also plenty of parks and restaurants. Metro stops are quick walk away too. We stayed 10 days and wanted to stay longer. Hope to return some day.

Lovely flat, great location
The flat was very clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our short [4 day] trip to Paris. It had everything we needed when we wanted to eat or drink in, and it was a lovely added bonus to have butter, milk, coffee pods and even home made jam supplied. It was nice to sit outside in the courtyard for a pre dinner drink. There are a couple of lovely bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants all within an easy short walk. The area felt very safe and calm after the full on tourist experiences of Paris. It is well situated for metro and bus routes and a short trip into Paris centre or the train stations. I would stay there when/if I go back to Paris and recommend it to anyone looking to book for a short holiday in Paris.

Just Perfect in Every Way!
This apartment has it all! We were looking for something good for a vacationing couple that was close to the Metro line, close to all attractions and museums in the city center, safe day and night, walkable to shops and restaurants and offered Parisian charm! Catherine's place gave us all we wanted. The apartment is super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed and then some, like a Nespresso maker with chocolate and fresh milk! Catherine was a great communicator and made our travel to and from CDG with her instructions. We even managed a day trip to Normandy thanks to the great location and accessibility to the rail. Highly recommend

A wonderful place to stay in Paris
We loved staying here. We were greeted by Catherine who showed us around. Catherine was so warm and friendly , a fantastic host, she even gave us some homemade raspberry jam. It is a lovely area and we had use of a beautiful courtyard and garden. It was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go and the surrounding streets had everything you could want , lovely cafes great bakeries etc . Thank you

Perfect apartment near shops and restaurants
Catherine’s place was perfect for our first visit to Paris! The bedroom and the pullout couch in the living room are both comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Catherine and John were perfect hosts. They provided local recommendations, answered all of our questions, and even provided some lovely essentials for breakfast. We hope to visit again!

Paris garden Apartment
We recently spent two weeks on this apartment and loved every thing about it--the location, the amenities, and the owner. Montmartre is a truly Parisian neighborhood, with families, local boulangeries and grocery stores, and excellent restaurants. The apartment was well-equipped and the kitchen and bath had been updated. Catherine,the owner, lives in the complex and was always available to answer our questions. We loved every minute of our stay.

Charming with a great location
This apartment is perfect. The location is perfect. It is set back off the street in a quiet little courtyard In a great area. We were able to walk everywhere and the subway is super close we could get around Paris easily. Catherine is a wonderful host. Excellent communication. Super kind and thoughtful. We look forward to returning to Paris and staying here again.

Beautifully kept apartment
Wonderful apartment in Montmarte.....easy walk to everthing. Several nice restaurants in the immediate area, and a beautiful bakery 1 block away. The unit is exactly as the owner said, and was very clean and had everything we needed. Owner and her husband were both very informative and helpful with transportation recommendations in the area. It is in a very quiet area, and also had two skylights which truly helped in cooling the unit down during a very hot summer. Would definitely stay there again! Merci, Madame Catherine!

Perfect apartment in Paris
Very comfortable apartment with all you need to rest after a day visiting Paris. Incredible outside space very difficult to find in the city. Perfect location. Walking distance to most places and very close ( 5 mis walk) to a couple of metro stations. Catherine is a great host, always trying to make you feel at home. Thank you. We will come back soon

Beautiful quiet studio with great city access
We were very happy with our stay in Catherine’s nicely appointed studio. It was a *little bit tight for 4 people - 2 adults and 2 kids - 8 & 11 who had to share the sofa bed, but I think most spaces in Paris are small and it wasn’t a hardship. It was quiet and private and had easy access to several bus and metro lines as well as great bakeries and restaurants right in the neighborhood just blocks away from the apartment. It was perfect for our 2.5 days in Paris. Thank you Catherine!
