Welcome to the appartement, enjoy the cosy place. The building and the appartement is secure and moderne. You will have every thing you need here to get a very nice stay. Good bed, Italian sofa, a design place, with a clean and equipped bathroom and kitchen.

Enjoy also the Wonderfull terrasse, out there. more than 20 msquare ! A lots of trees and green area in the street.

The place is located in a quiet place, but at the same time is very central. You have two differents metro station near by that bring you in Châtelet Paris center in about 10mn. The line and the metro station is new too, it's automatic and fast, they made it for the olympic's game in Paris in 2024.

Welcome to the place, you will be alone here in the 5th floor, the elevator brings straight to the appartement. You have really fast access internet, towels, everything you need to coke, or to buy food in the area with a lot of choice from more basic fast food, to premium local organic market. You also have a supermarket at 50m.

There is a code and a lot of securities to make the place safe. I will be here at your arrival if you need any help. I speak French, English Espanish and Portuguese.

Be confortable to book your stay, and ask any questions you could have about the place or about the city of your trip.

Non-responsive host
This property is being given a multiple terrible review, as the reserved stay did not happen. Upon arrival at the address, the gate was locked and we could not access the property. We sent multiple email requests of the host prior to our vacation; but did not receive an access code. The only email response from the host was his name (Pierre) saying “I’ll be here”. Without access to the property we had to cancel the reservation and find a hotel for the night with the help of our taxi driver. The next morning, we had to find another accommodation for the duration of our vacation. I called Vrbo for assistance and the rep verified a non-responsive host.The Vrbo rep said a full refund will be issued for my cancelled reservation and that this property will be taken off the Vrbo list. Has it has been taken off? Why is this review included on the Vrbo site?
