The house is nice and very quiet (you can hear almost only the singing of birds) in a planted alley full of charm.
It is very well equipped and includes:
- 1 bedrooms with 1 double bed;
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a bathroom with shower and bathtub ;
- and a cosy lounge area to relax after a day of walking.

You will have everything at your disposal to have a great stay, namely: wifi, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, iron, TV, coffee machine, fan, fridge, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The house is ideally located in the heart of a lively, dynamic and lively area, in close proximity to all shops, markets, bars and restaurants.

## Emplacement
Overall, the environment is lively, popular and friendly. It is characterized in particular by a large number of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as theaters and cafés in the nearby Ménilmontant district. You'll find everything from punk rock to ethnic music, especially in the Bagnolet area south of the cemetery and in Ménilmontant, around the butte and avenue of the same name.
