Located on the 4th floor (no lift) this duplex apartment of 40 m² consists of:
- a bright, comfortable living room with a 140x200 double bed
- two bedrooms upstairs, each with a 160x200 double bed,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer),
- a bathroom with shower and WC,

The Parc des Princes and the Roland-Garros stadium are accessible in less than 30 mins on foot or by public transport. If you want to travel further, you will be on the right side of Paris to visit the national domain of Saint-Cloud or the Palace of Versailles.
