Unprofessional and amateur
The host did not check us in as we were about 1 hour late. I had to find emergency accommodation for elderly people, one of them being a wheelchair user.The host does not have a system for late check in, I informed the expected arrival time via message to which the host replied "Ok. No problem". The host stopped replying after we arrived at the property.Whilst I cannot comment on other aspects of the property I can only say this host is unprofessional and amateur I requested a refund, the host said she would issue a refund, but I haven't seen my money back as of yet
