Great location very clean and comfortable
This hotel was well located. Just away from the touristy area but centrally located right next to the subway station which takes you everywhere very efficiently. Restaurants and cafes nearby are also all great.

Easily accessible - 1 min walk to Metro station. It takes 15-20 minutes to famous Eiffel Tower by Metro. Restaurants around the hotel are good. The room is little too old. Soundproofing needs to be improved. I can hear baby crying and guests talking from the other room. The shower is semi-open. Water can easily spill onto the floor. The kettle are not clean. I don't use it anyway.

They gave me the least desirable room with least desirable view on 1st floor under my windows there was street excavation going on with no consideration to my complaint and I requested to change room they said there is no availability.

- Found Hotel Avia Saphir Montparnasse a great value and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in is easy and hassle free. And the breakfast each morning was just awesome. All you could ever need for an American style breakfast or a "continental breakfast.” And the Pasteur Métro is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door of the hotel. Pasteur has two very convenient lines. Line 6 and Line 12. Also shopping about a five minute walk. A big Monoprix just across from Gare Montparnasse. Other small shopping options much closer. And the stop for a RATP bus line is steps from the front door. Now the rooms are not huge. But you are in Paris to see and do things. Not spend time at a hotel. Also a small mini fridge in each room and a coffe maker and coffee and tea. So if you want to shop for food at Monoprix you're all set. Not a fancy neighborhood, more of a working class area and I did not feel unsafe here at all. So I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel bem localizado, ao lado da estação de metrô. O quarto é simples, mas atendeu ao propósito da minha viagem. O elevador não alcança todos os andares, sendo necessário subir um lance de escadas com as malas. A pia do banheiro estava entupida.
