EIN TRAUMA!!!! Minus Sterne!!!!!!
Diese Unterkunft liegt 600km von uns entfernt. D.h. Wir sind 4.30 Uhr losgefahren damit wir auch mehrere Sehenswürdigkeiten in 2 Tagen besichtigen können. Vor Ort dann das böse Erwachen: keinen Vermieter angetroffen, ihn dann angeschrieben dass wir vor der Türe stehen, ob denn keiner kommt oder uns einen Schlüssel Code gibt. Antwort: nicht vorhanden. Dann FeWo Direkt angerufen: Antwort : die kümmern sich, wollen sich in 10 Min. bei uns melden… keiner hat sich gemeldet!! UNSERE BUCHUNG WURDE STORNIERT!!! Da standen wir dann mit unseren Kindern. Haben uns in Paris noch die Restlichen Std aufgehalten und mussten die Rückreise antreten, 22.30 Uhr, unausgeruht, müde.Hatten selbst noch mehrere Unterkünfte angefragt für eine Übernachtung für 5 Pers. Vergeblich.. Eine Horror Fahrt(9 Std) 2x für eine Std auf der Raststätte geschlafen, gefroren… Wie kann dass passieren. 5 Tage vor anreise gebucht, direkt überwiesen, direkt die Bestätigung und Buchungsnr erhalten. 1 Tg vor Anreise die genaue Anschrift bekommen.. keiner hat sich hierfür zuständig gefunden uns in unserer Situation weiter zu helfen, wir standen mit unserem Problem alleine da!! wobei der Fehler bei FeWo und beim Vermieter liegt. Es kann nicht sein, dass FeWo mit einer Stornierung so einfach davon kommt.
