Honteux!!!!
Dans l'annonce on nous dis chambre confortable, avec clim, mobilier, propreté etc... or fenêtre cassé et resté ouverte donc bruit de rue et chaleure extérieure bots envahissant, pas de clim, ni de frigo, ni table, ni chaise, sol dégoûtant, mobilier cassé, manque la moitié de la vaisselle, l'autre moitié est sale. Micro-onde sale. Aucun service pour les personnes en situation d'handicap. Couloir d'une puanteur. Bref... mon équipe et moi meme ne reviendrons pas. De plus on n'a même pas était dédommagé malgré notre lettre de plainte et on nous a fait payé le parking au plus bas avec aucun accès pour les personnes en situation d'handicap. Appart city honteux, je n'ai jamais vu cela alors que je côtoie de nombreux appart cité pour ma part je ne passerais plus à Bobigny

Déception
C'est un très grand hotel, mais sale, les chambres ne sont pas "net", la literie est tachée ainsi que les couettes et les oreillers, je précise ce n'est pas l'expérience d'une chambre mais de 6, par obligation j'ai dû y rester en changeant de chambre chaque semaine. Des vigiles ouvrent la porte pour vous faire rentrer, on a l'impression de les déranger, ils sont aimables comme des portes de prison. Petit déjeuner servi de 6h30 à 10h sauf qu'à 6h30 deux jours d'affilé personnes après renseignement à l'accueil on vous oui à 6h30 s'il y a quelqu'un pour le préparer, de qui se moque t'on ? Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner si vous arrivez vers 9h il se peut qu'il ni ait plus de viennoiserie, ni de yaourt, plus de jambon, bref pas grand chose. Cet hôtel est pas très bien fréquenté, il ni a pas de clim, parfois les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas, des clients laissent leurs portes ouvertes pour avoir un semblant d'air. Pas beaucoup de possibilité de stationnement et bien sur parking payant ! Pas de possibilité de stationnement devant l'hôtel pour décharger la voiture. Très grosse déception mes collègues et moi avons finalement changé d'hôtel et devinez quoi il est moins cher et avec la clim.

hyper décevant, accueil très moyen, on rajoute au prix tous les a côté , pour moi c'est une très grande déception, les gens fument dans les couloirs et dans la chambre il fait très chaud et pas de gel douche juste un vieux savon, le détecteur de fumées est bouché pour pouvoir fumer dans cette chambre bref nul

L'hôtel était mal représenté dans le web. Les photos étaient belles, mais en réalité l'état général était mauvais. L'hôtel n'est pas moderne, pas de Climatisation, et les meubles étaient vieux.

Hotel bien placé près trsprts en commun
Ampoules manquantes dans salle de bains et chambre. Fuites considérables de la douche (il a fallu éponger pendant 10 minutes avec une serviette que la réception a refusé de remplacer et elle a aussi refusé de remplacer les 2 ampoules."Pas assez de personnel ... " m'a-t-on expliqué. Il y avait pourtant 3 agents de sécurité oisifs, en grande conversation permanente (à caractère social ou personnel ) entre eux ou avec la réception. Lorsque les agents de la sécurité venaient tchatcher les dames de la réception, celles-ci interrompaient leur conversation avec le client - surtout si elles avaient à régler un problème du client - et l'ignorait ostensiblement jusqu'à la fin de leurs conversations personnelles avec les agents de la sécurité. Cela pouvait durer 5 ou 10 minutes. Remote control de la TV marchait mal. Petit déjeuner indigent, mauvais et très cher: €11,00
