It was horrible! The hotel room was not up to par. No clean towels daily, dirty dishes under the sink, mold in the bathroom

It is OK if you have a short budget.
The hotel is well located and close to Metro, however the room is smaller that apears in the picture, the furniture is old, and they clean your room only once a week (information given at front desk), as I stayed 3 nights, my room was not cleaned during this period.

Hotel in paris
This hotel looked pleasing in its advert, but the room smelt of damp the carpet and walls had scorch marks. The sofa beds were broken as was much of the furniture. The bathroom felt grubby because it was a wet room with wallpaper ( I guess this was the damp smell). The staff failed to tell us about breakfast and so we had breakfast out everyday. This is not a hotel I would recommend in Paris.

Close to metro, but 30 min. away from heart of Paris which means a lot of time on an often crowded metro or rack up expenses with Uber.

On a busy street
This hotel is located on a busy street, but the front is in a residential district. The rooms are placed in the both sides. So if you take a room in the residential district side, opening the window for ventilation will be good. But if you take a room on the busy street side, opening the window will not be good. This time, I was staying there during hot days, so I was struggling with a horrible choice either hot or noisy, 'cause I took a room in the busy street side.

Probably what you'd expect for the price.
The rooms look nothing like the photos. The first room we received was really stinky. We asked to be switch to another room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our new room stunk less, however smelled of cigarette smoke. Comfortable bed, pillow less comfortable. Even though WIFI is advertised at a price, which was reasonable, the WIFI signal did not reach our room so we couldn't connect to it.

Easy hotel
Close to the metro station and an hour from Disneyland and an hour from central Paris: a good point to stay if you're doing both. Nice room, towels and hairdryer supplied. A few damages in the room, but okay value for the price.

Pictures shown on Expedia are false advertising.
The Expedia photos of the hotel rooms do not look at all to what the actual rooms look like. The rooms are disgusting and a place you should not take your family. Very disappointed with Expedia for allowing the fall advertising.

It is the most dirty hotel I have ever seen! Breakfast was awful, dishes were dirty! Facilities are OK, location is also OK, Parking is available in the same building. These three facts made my stay bearable.

it was the worst hotel I have ever been. As can be seen from other comments given by others, what you will get is totally different from what are shown in the pictures!!! people smoke in corridors and elevators! the reception gave me 3 times, a wrong key! hard to find free parking places around the hotel, too crowded area, so most likely you have to pay 11 euro/night for parking. I would prefer to sleep in the car rather than stay in this hotel!

Absolutely pathetic place. Won't recommend ever.
Marketed as a 3-star apartment hotel, it was a terrible place to stay. On complaints of cleanliness and facilities (if there were any in there) the hotel staff offered to swap the room with two others. But they turned out to be worst then the originally offered. The worst thing was that it was offered as a high quality secret hotel by Expedia the identity of which was to be revealed only after the full non refundable payment. BAD BAD experience.

We had no idea where the hotal would actually *be* in terms of proximity to major areas of interest and as it turns out, it was in the middle of nowhere. It was cheap though, and as we opted for all day metro tickets the distance wasn't so bad. The man on the desk in the morning/daytime was dreadful, rude and surly. And to put it mildly, we expected a hotel, and we got a double room with **just** enough bits in it for two. As in two towels, one tiny loo roll... and when asking for another loo roll after day 2 of 3 I was scoffed at by aforementioned staff. What kind of place is this? The room wasn't cleaned while we were there, we had a kitchen which we had to clean ourselves for threat of charges, we had a broken door hook in the bathroom and black mould on the wall... we had to take our rubbish out when checking out. This place is NOT a hotel. Maybe I misread the info about it and am not complaining but I do feel somewhat misled in terms of my expectations. As such I would not return especially as there WERE actual hotels nearer to the action at the same price.

Overall, not a bad hotel. Staff a bit on the luke-warm side - seemed to be in a hurry to process you. Stairs access from ground floor is exit only, meaning you have to queue for elevator - annoying. Couldn't connect to wifi the second night.

Meh, you could find a much better hotel. Ran by a penny pincher but it served its purpose. Internet I paid for didn't work very well and I had to sanitize my own bathroom after they refused to clean it, it had a horrid smell from toilet sink and shower so I scrubbed then with soap and the room smelled a lot better. Carpet is torn which doesn't matter to me but I got comfortable after NY second night there. Location is excellent for seeing local streets and parks especially parc zoologique.

Stayed there 2 nights in March. Close to subway, so it was convenient for getting around in Paris. Has indoor parking, and nice helpful staff. Room was tiny but clean and comfy. Overall pretty good.

Great price, but nothing to brag about.
Spent very little time in neighborhood but it was a nice neighborhood close to metro. Grocery bakeries, and many restaurants nearby, to walk to. Three night on a cot like bed, not very comfortable, hole in wall. Carpet not clean. Nice enough kitchen. Windows were great in keeping out highway noises.
