Airline issues.
Our airline, Transavia , cancelled our trip to Paris twice and we were unable to visit Paris or enjoy this apartment. I brought our issue to the host and was advised that they are unable to issue us a refund.

Schlechte Erfahrung
Leider funtionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht. Das Wasser lief extrem langsam nach. Man konnte also nur mit ein paar Stunden Abstand wieder spülen. Zu fünft in der Wohnung ist das nicht möglich. Wir gaben gleich Bescheid. Es wurde versprochen, dass jemand zur Reparatur kommt. Es kam jedoch niemand. Wir mussten Wasser mit einem Eimer zum Spülen benutzen. Die Wohnung war ausserdem feucht und nicht überall sauber geputzt. Nach einer Nacht sind wir abgreist. Wir gaben dem Vermieter Bescheid. Dieser sagte, er klärt, ob wir das Geld zurückbekommen.

Un séjour pluvieux et le coeur au chaud
Un grand bonheur d'être à Paris avec 3 de mes petits enfants adolescents. L'appartement est assez grand mais très sombre et humide. Il a besoin de petites réparations. Notre correspondant est à l'écoute et très serviable.

Peli nella doccia. Biancheria letto e bagno bagnati. Lenzuola non sufficienti. Coperte sporche e mancanti. Forte puzza di umido in tutta la casa. Ventola wc non aspira e non si può spegnere, rumorosa.

Mold growing in every corner and crack
Visible mold growing in every corner of the rental, around the sinks and backsplash etc, incredibly damp living space, the toilet didn’t flush properly (reported and declined ownership). Overall experience = not positive at all OTHER than the location and cheap price.

Comfortable and convenient
The flat itself was fine and met all our needs. My only suggestions for improvement would be better instructions on where to find the lockbox after entering the building. The apartment was not well marked and we were able to contact the host to get instructions on where to find lockbox. Also a slight smell from the pipes, maybe dampness? But overall good value and a good location, thank U.

propriétaire très sympa! gérant répondant que tardivement aux renseignements demandés !!appartement bien équipé et très bien situé !mais très sombre, lumière toute la journée car situé entre 2 immeubles distancés d'1,50m .Logement humide dont la salle d'eau malgré la VMC et la chaleur extérieur caniculaire .Dommage !!!!!

Tolle Lage!!! Abends direkt im Montmartre zu sein war spitze.
Die gesamte Organisation im Voraus hat prima geklappt, der Schlüsselguide ist, warum auch immer, vor uns geflüchtet, so dass sich die Schlüsselübergabe und das Finden des Apartments als Schnitzeljagd gestaltete. Er kam dann aber nochmal kurz wieder und zeigte uns Schlüssel und Tür. Das Apartment war sauber und die Lage ist spitze. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos täuschen leider etwas. Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss im Hinterhaus, hat im Wohn/Essraum nur ein Fenster, das einen direkt auf Beton gucken lässt. Tageslicht gibt es nicht, auch kaum Frischluft. Im Schlafzimmer über dem Hochbett gibt es drei Dachfenster durch die man was Licht bekommt. Es erinnert mehr an eine Kellerwohnung, was jetzt im Sommer tatsächlich nicht so schlecht war. Das gesamte Apartment dürfte renoviert werden, aber sauber war es. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Danke Olufemi.

Poca aerazione (l’unico affaccio è su un cortile interno fatiscente), molta umidità. Interno della struttura non adatto a una famiglia. Interno dell’immobile da ristrutturare.

gute Ausgangslage, um Paris zu entdecken
Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Mit 3 Personen war die kleine Wohnung gut zu händeln. Um dort zu schlafen und zu frühstücken und dann bis abends Paris zu entdecken perfekt. Die Metro war schnell zu erreichen.
