There was a slight issue with our room Friday evening but the front desk attendant, Jennifer, handled it with speed and efficiency. She essentially bent over backwards for us to ensure all our needs were met!"

"From the front desk checkin thru the moment we left was a positive experience. Everyone we came in contact with was so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Rockwood Bar & Grill. The food was delicious and our waitress treated us like friends. The room was very large, clean, and super cozy. The beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. We will definitely be back. We couldn’t believe how nice everything was for the price we would have paid for a lower end motel. One of the best (if not the best) hotels we have ever stayed in…and we have traveled a ton!"
