Dommage que la météo n'ai pas été de la partie heureusement la piscine couverte était la.. sourires sympa simplicité propreté calme tout nickel!! Seuls bémols le frigo minuscule pour 4 et un manque de rangement pour la chambre parentale ps prévoir les vélos !!!

Très bonne résidence de vacances
Cet été notre choix s'est porté sur cette résidence : nous avons choisi un appartement avec trois chambres pour 15 jours. Accueil très professionnel : rapides explications sur le fonctionnement de la résidence, dépôt de pain le matin (sur réservation), grande buanderie avec de nombreuses machines à laver et sèche linge. A l'accueil, grand écran de TV (parfait pour regarder certaines épreuves des JO à plusieurs) , points Wi-fi et ordinateurs, billard et les habituelles brochures publicitaires des activités à faire à proximité. A signaler que nous avons eu un petit problème matériel dans l'appartement qui a été réglé dans la journée. La partie appartements de la résidence est organisée en petits ilots avec un rond point central. Les voitures roulent doucement pour entrer ou sortir de la résidence qui est totalement fermée : les enfants peuvent jouer en sécurité. L'ensemble est très calme. L'appartement, à l'étage, est grand et propre, bien isolé, grande terrasse orientée sud-est. La décoration est simple et moderne, bien équipé , suffisamment de vaisselle. Petit point négatif : le parquet de notre appartement qui était en mauvais état à proximité de la cuisine (probablement en raison d'un dégât des eaux précédent). La literie est bonne même si elle est un peu ferme. 2 salles de bain : une petite avec une douche et une grande avec une salle de bain. 2 piscines bien entretenues avec de nombreuses chaises longues. De nombreuses animations sont mises en place l'été le matin et/ou le soir par une équipe dynamique et compétente : tournoi de pétanque, volley ball, tennis de table, ultimate, jeux de société géants, séances d'aquagym, karaoke et bien sur le kids club l'après midi de 15H à 17H... Il y a aussi un petit restaurant très sympa pour y manger, y boire de bons cocktails et manger des crêpes pour des tarifs relativement corrects. Le lac est au bout de la résidence avec un accès sécurisé. il est surveillé. Il y a aussi une école de voile municipale avec des tarifs raisonnables. Cours ou location de planche à voile, catamaran ou stand up paddle. Il y a aussi une personne qui fait faire des tours de bouée tractée, fly fish et autres. Location de velos à l'entrée La plage la plus proche est celle de Biscarosse plage qui est à 20 km : 30 minutes avec le traffic. Parentis en Born est à 3 km. On peut y accéder avec des pistes cyclables. C'est une petite ville agréable avec une arène : féria début Aout (prévoir tee shirt et short blancs, foulard rouge
