40 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 10 km from the national forest of Sillé le Guillaume and close to the medieval town of Sainte Suzanne, Dominique and Danièle welcome you to the Château de Courtemanche, a 19th century residence located in the middle of of a 2 hectare park.
Independent gîte with on the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen and dining area, living room. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Independent shower room for people with reduced mobility and separate toilet for people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs large mezzanine with lounge area. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 5 single beds. 2 separate toilets. 1 bathroom with 2 independent showers and double sinks.
All-inclusive price. Beds made on arrival. Heating included.
Cleaning fee in supplement and compulsory for professionals.
Swimming pool (unheated) 4m X 8m under a dome. Swimming pool to be shared with the guests of the 2 guest rooms. Use of the swimming pool under the full responsibility of the parents.
