Very bad manager
We found a very unpolite manager during our check-out. We paid the but their machine just had broken. We were in a hurry and had showed the payment confirmation on the screen of our cellphone. The manager was 30 meters far from us but asked the employees to take our personal phone to her room. It was not polite.

O hotel tem dois bares/baladas como vizinhos que nos finais de semana ficam com som alto até a 3h da madrugada, a acústica do hotel não é suficiente para atenuar o grande barulho vindo dos bares, logo, não é um local adequado a quem precisa descansar para seguir viagem. Os frequentadores dos bares inclusive invadem a parte da frente do hotel portando bebidas e outras coisas, causando muita sujeira e bagunça ao acesso no hall do hotel, causando sensação de insegurança aos hóspedes.

Prático e bem localizado.
O IBIS Paranaguá ofereceu uma estadia muito boa. Quartos confortáveis (os travesseiros poderiam melhorar um pouco), boa ducha, silencioso e um café da manhã muito bom. Menção especial ao pessoal da recepção, onde a simpatia, cordialidade e satisfação em bem atender ao hóspede foi sensacional - Parabéns!!!

Normalmente a estadia costuma ser agradável, mas desta vez a internet funcionava mal e a recepcção disse que talvez houvesse muitas pessoas usando e era assim mesmo. Num mundo digitalizado em que muita gente trabalha de casa ou em trânsito, é uma resposta decepcionante. Ocorreu no andar 1, talvez o sinal seja ruim para este piso.

Hotel novo com problemas de isolamento acústico
O isolamento acústico do quarto não é satisfatório pois frequentemente se ouvia barulhos vindo do corredor com falas de outros hóspedes e barulhos das portas dos quartos se fechando. Externamente também era possível ouvir barulhos vindo do bar em frente ao hotel. Por fim, a cama era um tanto quanto dura.

Pegamos um quarto bom mas tinham varios bares na frente e do lado, e como era fim de semana ficou muito barulhento. De resto, tudo certo. Sugestão: deixar um lapis e um papel para pequenas anotações e escrever para a camareira que o dinheiro em cima da mesa era gorjeta.

Quarto bom e de acordo com o padrão Ibis. Bom café da manhã. O ponto negativo é o barulho do bar que fica na frente do hotel. Minha estadia foi de sábado para domingo, então atrapalhou muito para dormir.

Padrão como todo Íbis, com destaque para o ótimo atendimento. Ocorreu um problema grave de barulho, pois era um sábado à noite, e nosso apartamento de frente. Estava uma zoeira só na rua, que somente parou com a chegada d Polícia, que segundo soube, foi chamada após dois quartos terem saído do hotel em plena uma hora da madrugada por causa do barulho. Eu que cheguei mais tarde, com a polícia no local, estava tudo calmo e tranquilo. Eu de minha parte, não me arrisco mais por lá, principalmente fim de semana.
