Welcome to our recently renovated elegant, comfy, and fully airconditioned apartment.
As you enter the property you will come upon the open plan living area, consisting of a comfortable sofa-bed, a smart TV, a dining table that can seat 4 people, and the fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find enough sets of cutleries, plates, and glasses for everyone staying on the property but also cooking utensils and pots to prepare most of the meals you desire.
Right next to the kitchen there is a small hallway that leads to the bathroom and bedroom areas. In the hallway, you will also find a closet where you can store your clothes.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a basin with a mirror.
Next to the bathroom, you will find the bedroom, which features a double bed, a small chest that can be used as a couch, and a large mirror.
and 2 large windows that offer a panoramic view of Protaras and the sea while they let ample sunlight come through and light up the space and fill your batteries with vitamin D.
The apartment also features a small veranda with outdoor furniture where you can sit and relax and let the cool summer breeze cool you off during the afternoon.

Our apartment is located in one of the quietest areas of Protaras. Within a 1 km radius, you will find a clinic, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water sports, organised beaches, and much more.
Protaras offers numerous beaches, and good nightlife and is the ideal holiday destination, especially for a family with children. There can be found many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing, and para-sailing, etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The water park, the biggest in the Middle East, can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only 10km away. The aquarium is a 5-min drive.
Within 7 minute's drive, you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay, or the child-friendly Kalamies Beach. Konnos Bay is 5 minute drive in the opposite direction while Central Protaras Strip, Fig Tree Bay, and Sunrise Beach are about 3 minute drive away.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras Centre with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with a pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk, or for sun-downers/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea, and watch the sunset.
Ayia Napa, the most cosmopolitan resort in Cyprus and well known for its amazing beaches and vibrant nightlife is a short 7-minute drive.
From the resort, you can easily walk to the Protaras center where most of the restaurants, bars, and cafes are located. Within close distance, you can also find a bus stop nearby with direct links to Ayia Napa. Most beaches are within a short driving distance but you can also take the bus to other great beaches.
