Pernera - Protaras Holiday Villa Sirina Pearl is a new modern and elegantly decorated seafront property located in a quiet area of Protaras on Sirina Bay near the Crystal Springs Hotel and only 2 minutes’ walk from a child friendly sandy beach.
At Central Protaras only 2 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than three minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants which are favoured amongst the locals for the their high quality. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Central Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.

No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
Listed Prices include 400KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro250 over and above the total booking amount.
