The villas are set out on three levels. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa set and a large flat-screen TV and satellite box with access to multiple international channels, a dining and kitchen area, with patio doors leading out to the pool area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A guest toilet is also located on this floor.

Green Bay Villa #16 offers 4 comfortable bedrooms. The first twin bedroom is located on the ground floor. It offers black-out blinds, air-conditioning a bedside table, as well as direct access to the guest toilet. Upstairs it offers three more bedrooms. Two bedrooms offer an en-suite, large double beds, black-out blinds, air-conditioning, and bedside tables. Lastly, the fourth bedroom offers two single beds, blackout blinds, air-conditioning, bedside table and it is also en-suite.

The rooftop is probably one of the most amazing features of these holiday homes. Equipped with comfortable rattan seating furniture, this could be the ideal spot to relax after a long and warm day and admire the amazing sea view.
