"Hosts offered to pickus up at airport. Accepted offer but no show. Cutlery supplied 2 cups 2 plastic glasses. We puchased crockery and cutlery. No hot water for 5 days, therefore no shower. Kettle died, replacement disgusting full of scale and leaked. Aircon didnot work a lot of noise for nil. Left cleaning solution in cups but no rinsing. "Where do we start. I would recommend full heartedly anyone who is traveling to Santorini to stay at this property. Aside from the spectacular view, the service was exceptional. Especially our guide Mr. Chrisovalandis. Our flight got delayed, however Chris offered us an extended stay due to this which was extremely kind and helpful to us.
