"Property owners are kind and communicated early about stay. House was clean and as pictured. Didn't realize there would be no wi-fi, no TV, and no hairdryer. We didn't have cell service there, so without wi-fi we couldn't communicate with the host to get check-out instructions. House was heated with wood stove, but no carbon monoxide detector. Wasn't clear from listing that you are staying in one half of the farmhouse. River was beautiful."

"We had a beautiful overnight stay. Annie was very communicative before the arrival and met us as we pulled in. The tents are nicely-appointed and comfortable bedding, and the grounds are well maintained. With just a short walk to the river we had a spectacular time paddle-boarding and swimming in the clear water, as well as gorgeous stars. Helpful proximity to Quinn's where we ate and soaked. Would recommend."
