"It was great having a designated parking space at the hotel in a town with limited parking. Unlimited choice of food for breakfast plus fabulous views from the dining room. Easily walkable into town. Perfect position for a Fowey holiday. The only minor downside was that the room window did not open very far, the room was warm and airless and the duvet was very thick and hot, therefore we did not sleep very well. It would have been perfect on a cold winter’s night, but not ideal during the very mild nights when we were there. "

"Wonderful stay. Had all of the amenities we needed. Convenient to all of the sites. Restaurant choices were plentiful. Food was delicious. We were so relaxed we did not wan to leave. "

"We had a lovely stay at Trenython Manor. The Hotel and grounds were great for our family stay. We were emailed prior to our stay and advised to book in a time slot for swimming, as all swimming and gym sessions must be pre-booked. The hotel is grand and traditional. All staff we came across were friendly and helpful. We had a family room in the hotel, which was spacious and clean. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and it was a lovely touch being left sweets and a colouring book. Our bed was huge and really comfy. As the hotel is in an old building, the sound proofing wasn’t great, so if your a light sleeper ear plugs might be needed. Also there was no bedside plug sockets, to charge phones etc. we used the pool which was clean, and had a sauna, steam and jacuzzi too. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of food choices. The hotel grounds are fab for children, with a football net, play area, woodland walk and tortoises. We just wished we stayed for longer! "

"A well laid out property with pool and family sitting area outside. The ground floor bedroom is ideal for persons with limited mobility. Walking to the beach or the town of Fowey. Polkeris beach has good food and drink available almost on the sand. "

" I recently stayed at Green Acres Cottages, and it was a delightful experience. The cottage was lovely and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable retreat. The open plan kitchen and living room were spacious and spotless, perfect for relaxation. The seating area outside offered stunning views of the surrounding area, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The bedroom was well-kept, and one even had amazing views of the landscape. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The two bathrooms were fantastic. The bath was spacious and comfortable, while the shower had excellent water pressure. The grounds surrounding the cottage were well-maintained, adding to the overall charm. One highlight was the spacious and clean pool. It was very nice to swim in, especially with the sunlight streaming through the big windows. However, getting to the cottages by foot was challenging due to the steep uphill incline. Additionally, you had to walk on a busy road with no pavement to reach the footpath, which was not ideal. Another downside was the reception service. Even during reception opening hours, there didn’t seem to be anyone available, which was inconvenient. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, Green Acres Cottages provided a wonderful and serene getaway. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay."

"Property was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed. Very good value for money - much nicer than the hotel we stayed in the following night which cost a lot more! Communication from the host was very clear and easy to follow to find the property and parking. Would definitely recommend."

"Property as described, everything you may need was in the caravan. Good and detailed information from owner. Lovely inside sitting area with big windows. There are a lot of dogs on this site and on Par beach, but all were very well behaved. We enjoyed the surrounding area with lots of places to visit. When eating out, you may need to pre-book for some of the pubs. We would recommend this property for a stay."
