"We have stayed in Italy for our summer holidays for years but this was our first time in Terni. The house was larger than we expected and plenty big enough for us and then some. The living room has high ceilings, the kitchen very well equipped and plenty of space to sleep upstairs (three bedrooms and two shower/bathrooms) downstairs there was a games room with further beds which the kids made use off in addition to a larger bathroom with jacuzzi bath. "We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception."

"We were on a family holiday with two families and grandparents. The accommodation was perfect as we were all able to have our own space with ample communal space as well. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to a variety of local supermarkets meant catering was easy. We will definitely be coming back!"

The climate control in the villa is amazing and a very welcome break from the midday heat. We had 3 day trips into Rome for sightseeing and Gelato. We had a fantastic time.
