Luxury ground floor apartment which is arguably situated in the best location on the Sirena Sunrise complex and also benefits from an excellent location only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Paphos and the picturesque harbour and a 20 minute drive from Paphos Airport. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is fully furnished with modern furniture, fully fitted kitchen and air conditioning throughout.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and fully fitted wardrobes, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and fully fitted wardrobes. The lounge also has a sofa bed. Great apartment!
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it was spacious and had everything you need. The patio outside is an ideal sun trap and there are shops within a short walking distance.

Great position on the complex
This is the best placed apartment on the complex, the patio is in full sun all day and only 5 paces to the pool. First impressions when entering the apartment was that it had been swept, mopped and dusted, nice dining table and chairs, comfortable sofas. Was let down by the rusty washing machine, broken door trays in the fridge, dirty oven, dirty toaster, dirty and smelly cutlery drawers. Is in need of a deep clean and update of the kitchen and bathroom. Location is approx 15 min stroll to the harbour, there are supermarkets within easy walking distance. Nearest restaurant is Pambis Diner which serves delicious food and drinks by very friendly, efficient staff.

Fabulous stay at Serena Sunrise
Our first stay in Europe as part of our long term travels. We were very pleased with our choice of accommodation and its location. Clean, spacious, very staright forward finding our way around the kitchen, easy to use the appliances. We loved making the first brew of the morning and sitting out on the patio in the sun. Small grocery stores are just a short distance up the road and we very much liked Pambis Diner for the food and hospitality. The apartment location is only a walk to Kato (Lower) Paphos which is built around the harbor where Paphos Castle stands. There is a large supermarket in the Harbour area. We opted not to hire a car therefore walked and used the local bus service to Valley of the King's, Coral Beach, Agios Georgios Church, and even Limmasol. We met some friendly and helpful apartment owners who were on holiday. Shaun was always on hand to answer any queries. Would definately consider staying here again.

Overall we have positive memories from this property. The flat is spacious, very good located, walking distance both from Paphos harbour and city centre, well equipped (washing machine, playstation, netflix, good WiFi and with (gas) heating option (which was important during chilly winter nights). However it looks much better on pictures then in reality, because both the flat itself and the equipment (pans, pots, sheets) are quite old, desperately needing refurbishment. Especially the bathroom needs renovation, I was OK with it but for female part of my family it was simply repellent (fungus between tiles, old and dirty shower curtain etc.) On the other hand I think the price was fair, considering all those drawbacks, so overall positive feedback. Shaun was very responsive and willing to quickly answer all questions. Thanks Shaun!

This villa catches the sun all day. The two bedrooms at the back of the property are comfortable with air conditioning and are quiet dispite overlooking the carpark. The kitchen/ lounge area has the sun all day and unfortunately the airconditioning unit was totally broken of which the host was aware when we commenced our stay. This made the lounge unpleasantly hot even for October. We felt that the whole property needed an overhall and updating.. Kitchen equipment was very sparse and the frying pan along with the cooker hood not fit for putpose.

Family October getaway

Superb property. Home from home and ideally placed highly recommend!
Had the most wonderful time. Owner very helpful and provided all the info we required. Stunning fully equipped apartment with wifi, games console and plenty of English tv channels. Just steps from the beautiful pool. Ideally placed for supermarkets, harbour and shopping centre. plenty to do as a family with lots of lovely restaurants and bars close by. Highly recommend! Spacious apartment, pool within 15 steps of apartment (be warned: Cyprus pools not heated!), particularly liked sun loungers right outside door. Well equipped, 10 mins walk to restaurants, 25 mins to Harbour kiosk. Couple of small supermarkets up the street, larger ones in town. Not far from main bus route north to Coral Bay etc. Recommended.

Well positioned, well equipped, clean apartment!
We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The complex is in a great position for walking to the harbour and the good bars and restaurants. This was our 5th stay at Sirena Sunrise so we obviously love it. The pool area is lovely, well kept and clean and we often had the pool to ourselves. My only negative observation is that the pool area needs some more umbrellas as there were only 5 useable sun umbrellas for all the apartments and some people were 'bagging' the umbrella for their whole stay even if they had no intention of using it!!! This did not affect us too much because of the position of this apartment but it is very annoying! This apartment is lovely- well equipped, comfortable and clean and we would definitely return.

Lovely pool-side apartment - perfect location!
We really enjoyed our week away at 32 Sirenna sunrise. It was a lovely, clean, spacious, pool-side apartment that offered total relaxation! The location was perfect - a 10/15 minute walk away from bar Paphos Harbour & a 20 minute bus ride away to coral bay. I would highly recommend this apartment and would defintely love to visit again next year! Thank you once again!

Excellent choice
A lovely apartment, clean and well equipped. The development also clean and quiet yet close to all amenities and only a few steps from the terrace to the pool. Will definitely consider this apartment if we visit Paphos again. (Sadly someone beat us to it for our available dates this year - it's that popular!)

Paphos Getaway
Condo is in an excellent location:close to the harbor,variety of eateries,tavernas.Excellent bus service. A long flight for North Americans but Cyprus is a great place to escape our severe Canadian winters. Cost of living is lower,climate is amenable,Cypriots are welcoming. Historical sites are amazing. For a long stay,especially in off season,there needs to be reliable onsite contact. It was difficult to replace propane tanks,to have proper cleaning on arrival,to have mold under bedroom windows removed,to get help when accidentally locked out of the condo.Shaun promptly responded to emails but because he resided in England on site support was spotty to say the least. Even with the cost of the flight,the total cost of our stay was 1/4 - 1/3 of the same length of stay in Florida or the Mayan Riviera in Mexico.An excellent alternative to traditional NAm winter escapes.

A beautifully clean, spacious apartment
The property has everything you need. It is clean, spacious, and has excellent air con to assist you in coping with the 40-57degree heat. The beds are really comfy, and there is even a washing machine and a hair dryer! Also, the apartment is only 15mins from the airport - but I never heard a plane once. I saw them, but never heard one. The complex itself is well managed, clean and not over crowded. Very peaceful at night, ideal for young families. 5 mins walk away however, and your in bar street and all the action is happening. Five mins the other way is Paphos beautiful harbour with shops, bars, boat trips and sea swimming if your brave enough 😊 I am booking again for next year and can't wait to go back. Paphos, and in particular Shaun's apartment has everything you need for a stress free, happy holiday. I totally totally recommend it - and I think Shaun should buy another few because they would all, easily, rent out. All in all, bloody fabulous!

First CLass Gem of a place!!!!!
Well this is the place!! 3 steps from the pool your own sunbathing area patio table chairs sun loungers loads of space and very clean and modern all the comforts of home. Shaun is very attentive nothing is too much trouble!! You are near shops and tavernas and a short walk "when you find the quick way "to the port, there you will find every kind of food and shops you desire. you will have to go some to find a better apartment and its location. We had a wonderful Holiday Thank You Shaun !!! Sandra&Dennis Weston Super Mare.
