"This “luxury apartment” was just as advertised. It is a modern apartment with great accommodations. It has everything advertised. The only issue we had was knowing where to tell the immigration agents exactly where we were staying. We never actually got an address from the host. Having said that I may understand why. The “addresses” in Tahiti are not marked well if at all. It wasn’t too much of a hassle finding the place, but I am a fairly experienced navigator. We did however have a concierge...

"Was convenient with a grocery store next door and pizza restaurant in same building. Lacking in cooking pots, pans and cooking needs. No hot water from the kitchen or bathroom sink. Shower was always warm enough. On busy road so noisy but most places are on the road so it was expected. VRBO contact was friendly and informative. Had a phone number to contact if necessary."

Since there’s a full kitchen plus a grocery store directly across street it is not a problem that there are no restaurants within walking distance. (There is call-in delivery available. ). "Overall we had a wonderful stay! The host was communicative and accommodating. The location was centrally located. The patio was a beautiful refuge from the rainy weather. However, the apartment lacked amenities that would have made the experience better. For example, there were no paper towels/kitchen towels. The freezer had a very small ice tray (not ideal for trying to cool off in the heat). There was no conditioner in the shower. The patio furniture was hard plastic and had no pillows....

"This apartment is right next to one of the best and largest groceries on Moorea. (It is no Carrefour or Walmart, but for Moorea it is one of your best options.) This turned out to be even more convenient than I expected. Minor downside is that the room is a bit large for the AC unit to cool quickly."

"Overall a very enjoyable stay. We were disappointed with the ‘beach’ and the water did not seem very clean but the swimming pool was great and compensated for this. Small details needed attention ie unsecured toilet seat in one bathroom, light globe missing.
