Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Zero communication from host and place was not available
I booked this place in early December for our January stay. I reached out in late December with some questions but never heard from the host. Then reached out again to the host once we had arrived in Tahiti after 1/20 just to see if I could get an answer to my original questions and a few new ones. No answer. I then reached out again the day before our stay as I never received check in instructions. No answer! I then tried the DAY OF our stay. No answer via the VRBO message system nor through WhatsApp. I literally had to escalate this to calling VRBO internally! They were able to get Lela on the phone who would NOT give me check in instructions but instead insisted on picking us up from the ferry and taking us to the rental. I explained we didn’t have our tickets booked yet and didn’t have our exact ETA or what ferry we were going to use and again
