"This was a short stopover to catch an early morning flight out of Mexico City. This Holiday Inn had a great room, and it was quiet! I did not have time for a full breakfast but was seriously surprised by the variety of food put out by their staff for guests' breakfast."

But when I complained to the front desk they sent a technician and he changed the direction of the outside antenna so I would get better reception even though it took a good deal of time n effort to arrange this. I really appreciated this effort n my issue was resolved."
