"Excellent property in a perfect location on gozo, a short walk from the restaurants in town. This was perfect for our 10 day stay - 7 or so good restaurants to work through in Xaghra, and every cove/beach on gozo was within 20 min drive. The property itself was well kitted out..large fridge/freezer earned its keep in water storage, and the kitchen had an oven/hob and double sink plus a utility room with double sink and washing machine/iron. "The house is in a very rural area of Gozo and has no direct access by car. To access the property you have to park on the road and then walk down an alley (approximately 400 feet) to the house. The kitchen urgently needs renovation, which we understand will be done shortly. Dishwasher and kitchen counters need to be replaced and also pots and pans. "We loved this place! It was just as beautiful as it looks in the listing. The view from the patio was so lovely and we spent endless time out there. Even though the pool doesn’t get direct sun in November, we swam every day anyway (we’re from NY so we’re used to chilly water!). Little grocery store is about 6 blocks away, and the walk down to Xlendi Bay is very doable. The palce was for 6 people (too big for just the two of us) I would definitely recommend this property to my friends."
