"The weekend staff is totally different from the week one, they are not very accommodating, we waited standing up after 16 hours drive for our room to be ready as the waiting room was full, once we got our room the heater wasn’t working but we thought it would be on at certain times , unfortunately we were so tired we fell asleep in a frozen room , it was very uncomfortable. "It was a great experience. The room was clean and has a kitchen with an oven and a macrowave oven, so we could buy some food in the market and eat at the room, making the trip much more cheaper. The metro is literally in front of the hotel. The girls at the reception speaks english very well and are very friendly. The cast dont speak english so if you need any assistance and you dont speam French you should ask to the reception (that is not 24/7). "
