"This is a wonderful property in the rain forest! We were so impressed by the FRIENDLY and professional service that went above and beyond anything we have experienced to date! The rooms were incredible, the restaurant so delicious, the scenery unforgettable. We were allowed to customize almost everything and everyone made us feel so welcome and happy. "Overall really enjoyed my stay, staff are really friendly and welcoming... only thing I will change is to have a proper shower for guests that have checked in the morning but have a late flight in the evening "

"The service was excellent. All staff were very friendly. The villa itself is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was great. The pool is under the shade of trees which meant there was a lot of leaves in and around the pool, despite staff sweeping. Overall the pool area is not inviting and could probably do with some TLC. This was the only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star review "
