"The most disappointing masia we’ve stayed in. They were more interested in making money than their guests’ comfort - I arrived on Friday with a very bad cold and was told that it wasn’t possible to turn the heating on and the only option was to use an extra duvet. They shouldn’t advertise that it has heating if they’re not prepared to use it! Heard everything from the adjoining rooms, including flushing the toilets. They even charged us for ordering extra coffee (tiny cup) at breakfast. "

"The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months. "Beautiful brand new hotel with excellent facilities and polite and friendly staff throughout. Good size rooms with matching good facilities. Excellent breakfast and Fresc restaurant where I had excellent service and high quality dinner. Two negative experiences my first night was sleepless because of a very traffic noisy room (facing busy fast motorways) but I received apology and a really quiet room when I complained. Also I was asked to pay €100 a night as deposit so if your stay was for few nights you have to pay upfront a lot of euros in addition to your charge for the whole stay before you even see your room !. Overall the experience (except my first night) was otherwise excellent. Would be interesting to see if this hotel would stand its ground in the competition with similar 5* contenders. Wish it very good luck."

"The staff were so helpful, so nice. The location was totally amazing right in front of the arc de triomf and close to many popular places. The hotel itself was beautiful and I loved that theyre all about recycling and saving energy and water. The rooftop was also amazing , excellent views."
