"This is a beautifully designed suite, just perfect for two. There is a lovely outdoor terrace with a view over the bay and the plunge pool is a bonus at the end of a hot sunny day. There are a few bars and tavernas nearby, whilst the beach and bus stop are only a 5 minute walk giving access to everything that beautiful Island has to offer. "We have had many rentals with VRBO - this is the first one which has not been 100% positive. The cottage is small, but attractive in a fantastic hillside location with a stunning view. But there was building work going on in the adjacent property. Parking was on the dirt are behind that property and shared with the builders. Our shoes got instantly dusty. "We had a lovely 5 night stay at the cottage in August. The location was perfect for us to walk into town and Velanio beach. The cottage was spacious, very clean and outdoor areas are beautifully kept. "As beautiful as in the pictures. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers and a 21-year old but still had plenty of room. Very hot but always somewhere to sit in the shade with fantastic views. "Die Einrichtung wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielleicht kitschig. Aber alles in allem ist "Bird" eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es ist für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es wird täglich der Müll geholt, das Bett gemacht und regelmäßig Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist an einem steilen Hang und darum ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Weg zu Fuß ist aus meiner Sicht zu beschwerlich. Der Pool ist phantastisch und die Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang war jeden Morgen phänomenal....

"We booked this property for end of September 2024 based on the reviews we read and we liked the look of the pool area. We was not disappointed. The staff were excellent and every request was met with a speedy response and the hotel was very clean. The pool was great with stunning views. However, to have these views you have to be prepared to climb some hills. Yes it was hard work but well worth the effort as the view is simply beautiful. It was around a10min walk into Skiathos town which is easy as downhill and about 5mins to the small beach with its lovely Tavernas. In the evenings we would get a taxi back from the town which cost around 10 euros from the harbour. We had breakfast included and it was basic and was served in the breakfast room. Coffee was great. The pool bar was limited but reasonably priced. Food was great offering a fantastic Thai menu and the usual salads, burgers and snacks you would expect. In summery, this was great value and very relaxing. We will definitely be returning and special thanks to the team for looking after us so well. "

"Fantastic stay at Elivi. Facilities were fantastic and the hotel grounds are stunning. Impeccable buggy service around the grounds. Upgraded when we arrived and had our own pool. The restaurants were great, only negative was that the restaurants were very empty for dinner but that was more because it was end of season. Only criticism was that the bars by the beaches closed at 6pm and we wanted to sit with a drink and watch the sunset but no bars open. Again, think this is different in peak times. Overall, fabulous stay. A little expensive but fully worth it for pure luxury and relaxation. "
