"Brilliant stay. Margrit was more than helpful and welcoming. She upgraded our room to Honeymoon suite. The room was beautiful, well furnished and the jacuzzi was a bonus. The service was very good from both Margrit and the ladies working with her. "

"We first stayed at Bongani Mountain Lodge 15 years ago and returned when we saw it on special over new year. Not much has changed in 15 years. We had a nice time - the food was good and our ranger and tracker were pleasant and informative. I would not rate this lodge as luxury. "The day after we got there our neighbors woke up so early and their car was pumping music nonstop I eventually called the Reception after 2 hours was told that they would send Securities into the place. Was so disappointed that there is no wi fi coverage in the rooms even in the Restaurant area you must sit in a certain area, that for me was a no no my kids wanted us to move out immediately we realize that we were screwed. Wonderful stay

"Our stay was wonderful. The hotel blends into the jungle environment for nicely. Even though the baboons are noisy running on the roofs in the morning, it is fun to see them and the other monkeys playing all around the resort. The buffets had a larger variety of options with different options at each night. We had friends who were celebrating an anniversary while there and the singing staff were incredible with their version of a happy anniversary song! The only thing what would have been nicer was if the pool was warmer (the pool that overlooks the river is shaded and quite cool and cloudy). But we had an absolutely wonderful stay at a beautiful resort. "
