"There were hiccups because most of the staff didn't speak English. Our room wasn't cleaned, probably due to an oversight. But staff were generally pleasant and helpful. The resort and nearby safari park are beautiful. The safari was very well designed with the lions and tigers kept in enclosed areas without visible bars, while zebras and deer could mingle with the vehicles coming into their area. "

"The service is very poor. Called front dedk once they will promised immediate attenfion but called again no answer and the service promised never come. "

"Conveniently located in the airport. Shower facility growing mould and shower head is leaking. Pest control must be initiated as german cockroach can be seen crawling here and there."
