Relax and enjoy our modern paradise! Take a dip in the private pool, grab some sun on the deck, soak in the brand new hot tub, or lay in the hammocks while gentle breeze cools you. Indoors, enjoy a movie on the 85" tv while lounging on the huge sectional couch. Need some excitement? The game room is equipped with a pool table, ping pong, foosball and even an arcade style Mrs. Pacman, and its own 75" tv.

Each bedroom has its own smart TV and plenty of closet space. Free parking!

This house has all the modern upgrades. The bedrooms are large with tons of closet space, and there is 55-inch or larger TV in every room. Outdoors, a private fenced-in yard, large swimming pool, brand new HOT TUB, lounge chairs, 2 hammocks, air-conditioned Florida room, semi-outdoor dining, coolers and more.

Did we mention the game room?

Guests have access to the entire house and all of its amenities.

Great neighborhood, very safe. The neighbors are all very quiet.

Very central and convenient location. Walking distance to Walmart, Publix, and numerous restaurants and stores. Nearest beach is 5 minutes away and Panama City Beach is 10-15 minutes away.

Plenty on free parking on site.

The house has 6 permanent beds which can sleep up to 12 people. We also have high-end air mattresses and futons for even larger groups.

Wifi is super fast.

We want to make your stay as convenient as possible, so if there is anything we can do, just ask!

We keep the pool open year round and it is solar-heated, but we cannot guarantee a specific temperature and we cannot control the weather!

We have a brand new high end propane grill. We charge $100 per stay (not per use) for its use to offset additional cleaning and other costs.
We require all adult guests to provide photo ID prior to check in. Failure to provide ID prior to check in can result in denial of check in.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ACCURATELY STATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Understating the number of guests is a violation of house rules, and can lead to eviction or denial of access without a refund. THERE IS A FEE OF $250 PER NIGHT, PER GUEST for UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS.

PLEASE NOTE: WHILE WE ALLOW PETS, THE PROPER NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED INTHE RESERVATION. IF YOU PLAN TO BRING A PET, PLEASE INDICATE THIS AT THE TIME OF MAKING YOUR INQUIRY OR BOOKING REQUEST. EACH PET BROUGHT THAT IS NOT IN THE RESERVATION WILL RESULT IN A $1000 FEE.

IF YOU BRING A PET, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN UP AFTER THE PET. FAILURE TO DO WILL LEAD TO AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGE of $1000.


IF U WISH TO HAVE AN EVENT AT OUR HOUSE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE THIS TO US AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH US. UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES ARE SUBJECT TO A $2500 ADDITIONAL FEE.

We will consider guests under the age of 25 on a case by case basis. Additional rules may apply.

Failure to check out on time without permission to stay late impairs our ability to prepare the house for our next guests. As such, as unapproved late checkouts shall be subject to a $200 fee.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area please.

THERE IS NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOUSE. However, there is a large covered porch where smoking is allowed. If guests smoke in the house, they will be subject to a $500 additional cleaning fee.
