Adventure up the stairs outside the garage to a balcony overlooking the private pool where the separate carriage house studio greets you! It has a kitchen with bar seating for 3 at the island, living room with entertainment center, stylish sleeping area, and full bathroom!
The island-style architecture of this home with its wide arches and plastered walls boasts a design that features terra cotta tile flooring throughout. There is room to store all your groceries in the spacious kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry, including a butler's pantry and laundry room! The fully stocked kitchen has an upholstered bench seat at the sprawling dining table with extensions for everyone to dine together. The marble countertops overflow to form the adjacent built in bar seating that overlooks the pools glistening waters.
