Ideally located south (beach) side of 30A within the small gated Camp Creek Lake community and just 100 steps to the community's private, wide open and secluded beach with the lowest beach density on all of 30A! This newly renovated, upscale home with outdoor hot tub, outdoor tv, and private heated pool is your beach oasis!

Just steps to the beach and rare coastal dune lake, the home features a coveted reverse floor plan with the expansive living and kitchen area on the top floor, open to an abundance of natural sunlight.

This large, spacious 5 bedroom / 4.5 bath home is professionally decorated with high end furnishings in a classic coastal elegance design. The upstairs beckons with a bright, airy and open great room and full kitchen, perfect for dinner parties or family gatherings. Enjoy ocean breezes and the sounds of waves crashing on the sugar white sand from the large covered balcony located just off the great room and facing the sunset. After a day at the community’s private, secluded beach, take a refreshing dip in the home’s private, heated pool and hot tub!

The home sleeps 12 in beds with two master king bedrooms on the top floor with en suite bathrooms, two additional king bedrooms on the first floor with a shared bathroom, and one bunk room on the first floor with en suite bathroom that sleeps four. Includes a full kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter tops, flat-screen smart TVs in every room, wireless hi-speed internet, gas grill, washer and dryer, and parking for four cars.

The home is nestled in a private neighborhood on a loop road where families can enjoy walks and safe bike rides. In addition to close access to the secluded private beach, guests can enjoy the sunset on the neighborhood dock overlooking the rare and beautiful coastal dune lake. The home is less than a mile from the shops and dining at The Big Chill (4 min bike ride), and less than 2 miles from Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach (8 min bike ride).

We very much enjoyed our stay this July 4th week with the exception of getting sick midweek. The location was perfect: gated community, inside 30A, with private beach. Easy to have chairs & umbrellas set up. Humidity is an issue in Florida, but the AC was the coldest we’ve ever had at this house. There was a bit of mold on a few areas in the house. I advised owner & he replied it would be addressed. The living area is located on second floor & would not be ideal for those with mobility issues. Otherwise a great place to vacation.

Greatness Getaway
Location, property and amenities. In a great area that isn't packed with people but able to access the densly populated vacation hot spots. Walk, ride or drive. The property is great spacious and ample parking for multiple families to stay. 3 former collegiate and pro volleyballers who use to share hotel rooms on the road appreciated the ample living space. The pool and hot tub was on point even as the week we were there was a little chilly at times. The short walk to your own area of the beach is the best amenity.

A Must Book
We all loved this house! Ryan might be the quickest replying host we've ever had. The house was so close to the private beach and we loved the private pool when the kids were napping or if we wanted more shade. The AC worked amazingly and having the patio was a huge plus. We loved grilling on the grill and having plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 infants. We all said we’d look up this house again when we come back!

Stayed in early January with 6 adults and 2 children. House was large enough for us all to have our own space and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Kids loved the heated pool which was warm enough even with the cooler temps during our stay! Host was easy to get ahold of and even checked in on us after a storm came through one night. Fantastic home with great beach access and would definitely stay at again!

Family getaway with a few extra friends for Labor Day
This place was overly accommodating! If there was any issue, the host was in top of it! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, bikes, lake for our kayaks, and the beach was not crowded and an easy stroll. The living space was spacious and we never felt crowded. Hope to go back!

This house has a great set up and location. The kitchen is full of appliances and utensils for meals. Plenty of seating. Short walk to the beach and the lakeside dock, where you can see a beautiful sunset. The upper deck has a comfy area with a nice breeze and you can hear the ocean. Lots of beach chairs to use too.

We had a variety of ages staying in the house total of 10 and it was enough room for everyone. Living area could have had more seating. Beds downstairs were not comfortable but upstairs were great. Amazing private beach access with very short walk. Beach was so great and not crowded. Great quiet little neighborhood. Overall a great stay.

Loved this house!!
The house was great for our group of 4 friends- we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The family room furniture and balcony furniture were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and talk. The kitchen is fully stocked, the house is so close to the beach - which was completely deserted during our stay. Loved the access to their bikes. Ryan was very responsive to and patient with my many questions. Would definitely recommend and go back again!
