It was very clean and comfortable. Awesome location…we were able to walk to eat and barely drove the car. The beach chair service is amazing. Just check in on the first day, and that’s your spot for the week. We had the best week!

Clean place, nice renovated bathroom with granite sink top, nice shower. Convenient location.
Overall can’t complain. It was pretty clean, there was no bugs or sand and everything smelled fine and looked as listed. Very convenient setup as it was 5 feet away from the parking lot and a 2-3 min walk to the beach. Had a small closet with some hangers, a broom, and a small laundry basket so you can carry your clothes to the washer and dryer. The bathroom looked nice and renovated with granite sink top, clean/newer toilet and a nice new tile shower that was very clean and nice looking which is a huge part of the room. They have all the kitchen items you need, and you could comfortably sleep 4 people in the two beds they have. The balcony door wouldn’t stay closed unless you locked the deadbolt, but it’s not a deal breaker. There will be a parking pass inside the room for you, you won’t even have to go to the office to get one. To get the free beach chairs just walk down to the little hut on the beach and talk to the person there and they will set up the chairs and umbrella for you, you just gotta ask them and let them know what room you’re in. The only real complaint I have was that I messaged the property manager on the Vrbo app 3 separate times and they never responded. Check in was anytime after 4pm and at 4:05 still no communication from the manager. At 4:10 we called the number provided in the emails for contact and she answered and apologized for being late and gave us the door code. I would stay here again.

My backyard is the beach.
My backyard is the beach. I love the 2 beach chairs that came with condo and the beach chairs on the patio/balcony. It's on the 2nd floor await from the sand and right in the middle of the complex, close to the elevator, and access to the beach. Everything had been remodeled. It's cleaned with model appliances. Everything is working fine. Enjoyed my stay. I wish the weather could be better.
