Guest Access Guests will enjoy full access to the entire house, which includes a private balcony exclusively for their use.
It is important to note that as a duplex, the central balconies and courtyard are shared common areas with the adjacent unit.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
◘ RENTAL AGREEMENT: The booking guest is required to promptly review and sign the vacation rental agreement before check-in. Failure to sign will result in the cancellation of the booking.
◘ RESIDENTIAL ZONE: Guests are kindly asked to keep the noise to a minimum in the backyard—no loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior. Our home is in a residential area. Quiet time: 10 pm to 7 am.
◘ NO SMOKING OR VAPING: As this is a duplex property, smoking or vaping is prohibited throughout the premises, including balconies, courtyard, driveway, and backyard.
◘ NO PETS & UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Pets are prohibited without the host’s approval. Unregistered guests are not permitted without the host’s permission.
◘ BASIC AMENITIES: A starter pack of laundry pods, detergent pods, and toiletries is provided for the guests' convenience. Additional supplies may need to be purchased if required.
◘ BAY COUNTY NOISE ORDINANCE: Any sound-producing device audible from 200 feet away from the building is prohibited. Any sound plainly audible inside a closed residence between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. is prohibited. Violations will result in a fine or imprisonment.
◘ SEPTIC SYSTEM: The beach house uses a septic system. Only flush toilet paper and avoid disposing of oil, grease, or chemicals down the drain.
◘ TRASH SERVICE: Trash is collected on Monday and Thursday mornings. Guests should place all trash in the bin and move it to the curb the night before.
◘ BEACH SAFETY: Guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the beach flag system, rip current warnings, leave-no-trace policy, and sea turtle protection guidelines. Double red flags indicate the beach is closed, and violations may result in a fine or imprisonment.
◘ POOL RULES: No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Shower before entering the pool. No food, glassware, or animals in the pool. No diving, pushing, or running. No boisterous or rough play. Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Do not tamper with the pool equipment and pool alarm.
◘ HEATED POOL: Pool heating is available from October to April. The temperature is set at 85 degrees. The heating fee is $100 per day and must be paid before check-in.
◘ GAS GRILL Please operate the gas grill safely and responsibly. We provide one propane tank; any additional propane needed should be purchased by the guest.
◘ ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER A Grizzl-E Level 2 (240V / 40A) Electric Vehicle (EV) charger is available for guest use at no additional cost. Please bring the appropriate adapter for your specific vehicle. Use the charger only as intended and at your own risk.
