Witness spectacular sunsets from the patio with your favorite drink in hand to top off the perfect day.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Easy access to everything!
You get what you pay for! Great location, right next to highway. Close to Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, food and shops. Neighborhood is nice. Honestly the house is good enough if you need it just to store your stuff and sleep. The living room furniture is like doll furniture. Not comfortable and tiny. I would suggest upgrading if still using it as a vacation rental. They do have a "for sale" sign out front. The bed sheets and towels seem like they are reused from a hospital or motel. I suggest bringing your own pillows, sheets and towels if you stay here. The water in the kitchen sink smells. Bring plenty of bottled water! The shower in the primary room does not drain when taking a shower. Better to use the other shower in the hallway. I'm greatful I was able to bring my dog, but the beaches nearby are not dog friendly, FYI. There is a dog friendly beach access in Panama City, but did not get to try it out unfortunately. I am curious as to who came by and moved the trash can into the gated yard and then moved it back out by the road for trash pick up as we were still staying there on our vacation? Makes me wonder what else they did when they came by? Hopefully they did not enter the residence with all my personal stuff inside. I was not notified by the honeowner or vacation group that someone would stop by. Not appropriate! Also, property needs to be maintained. The outside needs to be cleaned up to feel more inviting in the front and back. Would help keep bugs away.

Wouldn't stay again
It was a bargain, but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I would not recommend this rental to anyone. It was not cleaned well and smelled badly. Turned out it was a rug that was soaking wet. Once I removed the rug it didn't smell as bad. The decor was very cute, but also very uncomfortable. You really need to drive to the beach unless you are comfortable crossing 98 with your children. For all of our stays in rental over the years I have never seen a kitchen so poorly equipped. One of the things I love is to cook fresh seafood and I didn't do it once because of how poorly equipped the kitchen was. The rental is also very close to the emergency responders so you hear a lot of sirens. The pool in the neighborhood was nice. It was a bargain and we could bring our dogs so it we stayed- if not I would have tried to go to a hotel.
