While here, don't miss your chance to visit Saint Andrews State Park just under four miles away, the perfect place for enjoying beautiful Florida nature. Just one mile away is ZooWorld, where guests can have up close and personal encounters with animals. Signal Hill Golf Course provides fun, casual golf less than one mile from the townhouse.

After exciting adventures, return to your charming condo. Inside, you'll be greeted by pleasant pastels and abundant natural lighting. Lounge comfortably on the furniture in the living space or step outside to the private furnished balcony and feel the warm air against your face. The well-equipped kitchen is prepared to handle any needs you may have with cooking endeavors. After a tasty meal or snack, go for a refreshing swim in the shared pool or bring your racket to the pickleball court. When the evening comes to a close, retire to the bedroom and blissfully drift off to sleep. It also boasts direct balcony access, meaning you can begin and end your days with lovely views.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
