Great location directly on the beach which we loved! Communication with manager was perfect he always answered my questions and concerns right away. Although I believe the condo could use some updates it was a great vacation.

Last trip before college
My son is going to Georgia Tech on a scholarship and his best friend Josh is going to Alabama on scholarship. Both of them have worked real hard. Our last trip before their next phase of their life would highly recommend this place.

The whole stay was excellent. The condo was clean and comfortable… it made us feel at home. Parking was convenient and FREE! The pool/outdoor area was amazing. The host was kind, helpful and attentive. The area is gorgeous, and there are many places at a walkable distance/short drive. I would definitely recommend, and I hope to return in the future.

Beautiful condo.
Enjoyed our stay in this condo. Sunsets were great and the kitchen was very well equipped. Not as many restaurants within walking distance as we hoped for but would still return some day.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything was as described. A family memory that will live in our hearts forever. We go to PCB every summer, and from here on out I will be sure to get this exact same place everytime.

The property is well maintained. Very quiet and cozy. It was a pain taking the dog out with having to cross traffic and find grass. I would stay again, but leave dog at home.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We were worried about going to the beach when the weather was cooler but the property has a heated pool and a jacuzzi pool that was super nice. Our 5 year old did not want to leave. Phil was very communicative and helpful from start to finish. The unit had all of the amenities we needed. We were even happy to find swimmies as we left our daughters at home. Looking forward to future stays.

Excellent view of the beach
We saw a school of stingrays every day swimming at the beach from the balcony. We even saw an eagle fly by at our level. It was truly amazing. The condo was very cozy and quiet. Felt like we were the only ones there. And Phil left us easy to follow instructions. We had a wonderful experience. Thanks Phil!

My daughters and I had the most amazing time in Florida. The condo we stayed in this condo and it was lovely. The condo is spacious. The property manager was absolutely amazing! He has the best communication iv ever dealt with from a property manager. The condo was equip with everything we needed. The view is spectacular! Over all I would rate my stay an A+++!

The property was very clean and nice, exactly like the online pictures. Phil was awesome! He was very helpful and communicated with us regarding any needs that may arise (there were none). We will most definitely be coming back and I recommend working with Phil. He is amazing!!!
