This property is made backwards I didn't like that at all. For the price I pay they should have a full hot bar breakfast but they don't. I also call before I came down there and was told I could pay at the property. But that really wasn't the case. I had rearranged my finances around in order to pay for the room . I wasn't accommodated due to the information that was provided for me when I called before coming down there. In all honesty for this to be a new hotel it's not worth the price I paid. I will stay somewhere else with better service. The room does look like the picture but my room was not as clean as it could be. They also cleaned my room and removed my personal item that I had. I know for a fact that shouldn't have happened. I didn't like that.Also one morning one of the staff took hands WITHOUT GLOVES AND REPLACEMENT FOOD. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND HAVE THE NERVE TO LOOK ME IN MY FACES. I SHOOK MY HEAD. I FEEL YOUR STAFF MEMBERS TO KNOW POLICE AND BEST PRACTICE FOR THE HOTEL AND TO GIVE OUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION WHEN SOMEONE CALLS.

This place deserves more than a 5 star rating. From the ease of checking in and out, to the hot breakfast and everything in between, it was fantastic. I was able to check in hours before I arrived and when I did, the process took less than 3 minutes. Checking out was as simple as turning in my key. The front desk employees were courteous and friendly. Now let's talk about the room. I absolutely was not expecting what I walked into. I thought it would be like other rooms at the price point. 2 beds and a pullout couch. We had a full kitchenette. I expected a microwave and mini-fridge. You could easily stay here for days and save money by eating in your room. The bathroom was huge and everything was so clean. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet. The only con I have is the fact that it isn't beach front. However, you can walk across the street to Pier Park for entertainment. We only stayed here one night because we booked a condo for a week and needed an inexpensive room since we would be arriving after midnight. If I had known about this gem before booking a condo, we would've stayed our entire trip here.

The room was wonderful. Lots of room, really enjoyed the kitchenette even if we did not cook. The breakfast hot food selection was not really that great. The oatmeal was really gummy two days but the options to put in the oatmeal was really good. The glasses in the cabinet were dirty, looked like they had been used and put back. The way the cabinets are set by the microwave provents you from reaching glasses and cups. A very nice hotel with lots of amenities. Wood recommend and stay there again.
