This 3 BR 2 BA 9th floor condo sleeps 12. King in Master Suite and Large 2nd BR, Queen and Full Size Bunk Beds in 3rd BR, Queen sleeper sofa. Granite counter tops in kitchen, tile floors both bathrooms remodeled, walk in shower in the Master bath.

Great amenities at a budget price! Family friendly resort lots to do 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, shuffleboard courts and over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront to enjoy.

Located on the east end of PCB 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas, deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat jet ski rentals. Many local restaurants nearby J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s, Patches Bar and Grille, and Schooners Open Air Restaurant on the beach.

No Dogs allowed except service dogs.

Spring Break Ages 18-25 Prices shown are for 8 people we will add $125 + tax each for 9th-12th guests and a $300 refundable Security Deposit to the total shown on the website.

A $40 Per Condo Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, 1 extra is $15.
Each renter will be issued 3 parking passes maximum. Summer and busy weeks renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

Nice getaway
This place is in a great location and we enjoyed all the amenities. It could use some upgrades and restocking of kitchen supplies. When there were concerns I contacted property manager and they quickly responded. The staff was very friendly.

Friends Trip
Me and my friends booked this room for a getaway trip to celebrate another year done of school and this was a fantastic place to stay at. Everyone had a spot to sleep and it was in a super nice location.

The property was better than advertised! We fell in love with it. The view was amazing and just steps away from the beach was wonderful. The best part of it all was drinking my morning coffee while watching the dolphins play. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Location & Fun Spot for a Great Price!
We really enjoyed this trip. Apparently the tiki bar is a new addition and we thought it was great! The food was wonderful and the drinks were strong. Our condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. It was clean, too! One night, we walked to Schooners on the beach, which was great. Definitely recommend this rental!

My stay at RT was fabulous! Condo was super nice and clean. All the additional activities were so entertaining. Looking forward to staying here again and the extended family will be back also. We actually had three condos for everyone, mine was the best. Cant wait for 2023.

Excellent location, easy access to beach. Almost like a private beach for the condo. Enjoyed the sunset from the balcony. Unit is definitely old but looked pretty neat. There was a paint peel on the roof of the balcony and the couches were old. Other than that everything was great. All of us had great time. Overall excellent value for the money

Our stay was very nice. The employees were super helpful. Property and condo clean. Close to attractions. Tried to reach property manager by email the last night of our stay to no avail. It’s just a good thing it was not emergency. Need a better way to communicate because that would make a person to think twice about leasing the condo.

The property itself was good; however, there are things that was a bit disappointing. The King mattress in the guest bedroom sags in the middle and family didn't sleep well. The 2nd bath shower didn't have a lot of pressure and more utensils are needed. The condo looks like it's still in the process in remodeling but in all, was nice place to stay. The kids loved the pool and loved that lounge chairs came with the stay.

Ceiling was falling off the balcony, shower and sink leaked and needed new knobs. Rugs very dangerous as they curled up and caused tripping. Location was good, rate was good

I've been to PCB numerous times and this was by far my favorite stay. The condo was well kept and very clean. The pools and hot tub were also clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was a water main break across the street that required the water to be shut off a few of our days but we made due. It was posted in numerous areas and they made announcements letting us know what was going on I think it was well managed. We did have to contact security due to another guest (not with us) the security officer on site handled the situation immediately. The staff that we encountered were super helpful and very nice. Overall it was an amazing trip and I can't wait to book with them again in the future.
