Are you ready for summer at the beach?! Our cozy beach house offers comfortable accommodations for families up to 7. We recently renovated the entire house featuring a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, new bathrooms and perfectly-appointed beach decor that your family will adore. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, 32-inch HDTV and private entrance to a private bathroom with standing shower. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a twin and full bed which accommodate up to 3 grown children or adults, or 4 small children. This bedroom has direct access to the second full bathroom which offers a tub and shower combination. The cozy living room offers an overstuffed love seat, queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 and a large flatscreen TV. The dining area overlooks the kitchen with granite counters and open floor plan. The stocked kitchen offers amenities for all your cooking needs including an oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, glassware, grill tools and more. The adjacent bar overlooks the sunny Florida room which boasts floor to ceiling windows with views of the pool. Sliding glass doors lead out to the backyard oasis where you will find a private pool, lounge chairs, outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill, gazebo and palm trees for a tropical backdrop. It's the perfect area to unwind and relax. Guests have access to wireless Internet and digital cable. Don't feel like checking a bag? No problem! Our washer and dryer will let you clean your clothes so you can travel light.

Our cozy seaside retreat is a short walk to Panama City Beach's most pristine white sandy shores and is the perfect place to rest your head at night after a full day of adventure. Rent kayaks or stand up paddle boards from the nearby Bait & Tackle shop for water sports. We are located near the exclusive communities of Rosemary Beach & Aly's Beach where you can browse shops, ride bikes or go out to dinner. Pier Park is less than 10 miles from the house, which is close enough to get to the action but far enough to escape the madness! We hope you stay with us on your next trip to Panama City Beach.

We had a comfortable stay at this lovely beach house with a pool, though not heated but am sure it will be a great plus during summer. Great location. Easy access to the beach.

We had a great time. House was clean and just as described in the listing. The area is quiet, away from the crowds of Panama City, but only a 20 minute drive to attractions and plenty of restaurants. The pool was perfect for the kids.

The house was well stocked with everything we needed, very clean, close to the beach, and had an awesome pool. The owner was great. We typically stay at a house a couple blocks from the beach with a pool opposed to a busy resort. This home fit the bill perfectly! Will stay here again.

Overall nice comfy stay, the house was not extremely clean and trash cans full upon arrival. After all the fees it equaled out to about $500 a night. Had to strip sheets, clean out fridge, and take trash out before leaving. Communication was very well!

Property is clearly not set up for a family larger than 4. Two adults and 2 younger children or less is perfect. Light and airy environment. Whole neighborhood is friendly. Very relaxing with the beach so close also.

Home was just right
Just two of us stayed for a couple of nights. Home is a good size for a small family and the back yard is very private. Location is ideal. Close to lots of restaurants and the beach. Weather was too rainy and cool to use the pool, so we missed out on that.

Can you just say LOCATION?!?! Close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away from any of the noise of the busy strip. Perfect quiet PCB getaway. Although it was too chilly for us to enjoy it much, the private backyard and pool was amazing. We loved our stay and the owner very welcoming.

Quiet Family on Spring Break
Sought out a home rental for our family spring break vacation and couldn’t have been more pleased! Property was fully equipped, clean and provided the privacy we were looking for while perfectly located close to the Rosemary/Seagrove Beach area that we adore. Appreciate that the owner made nearby food suggestions as we tried Shades on 30A for the first time as a recommendation and loved it! Hoping to stay again in the future!

Cute little cottage
This cottage is super cute and is the perfect little getaway for a family. The back room off the kitchen is a fantastic gathering space. With all the doors and windows open, it is an inside room with all the freshness and beauty of the outside beach. We were there in winter for a soccer tournament but will certainly be back for summer.

Beach Bliss
This getaway is ideal for both couples and families. My husband and I stayed here, and the place is simply adorable. It's small but surprisingly spacious—just the right size for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to whip up some great meals. The interior created a cozy atmosphere. The location was excellent! The host thoughtfully provided a beach wagon, making the walk to the beach much easier and saving us the cost of renting a golf cart. Everything we needed was conveniently nearby! The restaurants were fantastic, and there were plenty of attractions to explore. This was our first rental experience, and the process was incredibly smooth. This trip was unforgettable, and I can't wait to return in the future!
